Our Pastor, Mark Young, holds a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological
Seminary in Orlando, Florida and has been in full time ministry for over 14 years.
He is the author of a lay ministry training curriculum for youth published by the United
Methodist Church and founded a Christian band in Nashville, TN.
Mark enjoys long walks with his wife, Teri; laughter; fishing; football; a well grilled steak;
and helping people grow in their relationship with God and others.

Our Youth Minister, Joe Sweat, has been in youth ministry for over six years. He has
grown up in this community and has a passion to connect young people with Jesus Christ!

Our Children's Minister, Teri Young, has over 13 years of experience in Children's ministry.
She has developed children's ministries and curriculum in several Florida churches.
She has an A.A. degree focused in Child Development and is a licensed preschool teacher.
She spends her weekdays teaching a class of 4 year olds. Children are Teri's "heart of hearts"!

Our Community Minister, Shelly Wiater, has decades of experience ministering to those
marginalized by society. She has a B.S. degree in Education and is a full time Exceptional Ed. teacher
at the high school level.
Shelly is passionate about those that society tends to forget and she creates, directs, and administrates programs that
share the love of Christ and practical assistance with these folks who are so dear to our Heavenly Father.
